    *Limit one referral per house purchase. Cannot be combined with realtor referrals. Repeat customer referrals are not eligible. No cash value, non-transferable. Payable within 30 days of possession of home. This certificate must be completed by both parties and presented to the Sales Manager prior to writing an offer to purchase. Referral Rewards will be paid upon a firm contract. Employees of Springfield Homes and their family are not eligible for this program.
